摘要
针对粒径在4 mm以下,其中0.125 mm粒径以下的颗粒不能超过10%的无烟煤精粉有大量的出口需求,而目前所用设备产品质量不能满足要求,而且效率低的状况,对煤颗粒粒级分选设备的工作原理进行了分析并提出改进方案。基于流体力学理论对改进的设备的工作原理进行了数学建模和算例分析,得出随粒径不同,沉降时间不同,因而在风流中沉降距离不同,从而可以利用风流达到对煤粒进行分选的目的。
In view of the fact that anthracite coal powder whose diameter of coal grain is under 4mm, where the grain whose diameter is under 0.125mm isn't more than 10 percent having a mass of demands of export, but quality and efficiency of present product can't meet to the need, the work principle of grain grade separator of coal is analyzed, and an improved scheme is proposed in this paper. Based on the theory of hydrodynamics, mathematics model of separating mechanism is set up and concrete examples are analyzed. The results show that deposition time of different grain diameter is different during falling, so the deposition distance of coal grains of different diameter differs in the airflow. Therefore the purpose that coal grains of different diameter are separated by airflow during failing can be reached.
