摘要
对含氰废水中几种常见阴离子的饱和吸附量进行了测定,针对吸附量的不同,研究了络合剂类型、络合剂加入量以及络合剂中阴离子浓度等对吸附率的影响。试验结果表明:强碱性阴离子交换纤维对CN^-、氰锌配合物、铜氰配合物的吸附率都远大于弱碱性离子交换纤维,其静态饱和吸附量分别为1.79、1.44、4.60mmol/g离子络合剂加入量为理论量计算量的0.99~1倍时,氰的吸附率达到95%左右;络合剂中阴浓度增大到一定程度时,氰的吸附率有所降低。
Saturated adsorption capacities of several main ions are measured, in the light of different saturated adsorption capacities, we study that the influence of the choice of complex reagent types, quantity, negative ions concentration in complex reagent on adsorption rate. Results show that saturated adsorption capacities of CN^-, zinc-cyanide complex, copper-- cyanide complex on stronger alkaline ion exchange fiber were 1.79.1.44,4. 60 mmol/g, respectively, they are more higher than weakness fiber; quantity added of complex reagent is equips to 0.98~0.99 times of theory calculation quantity, adsorption rate will be lowed with quantity added of complex reagent.
