摘要
本文介绍了对油田服务业在不同的世界经济背景下的产业归属,分析了在当前"服务贸易总协定"(GATS)框架下油田服务的产业属性,文章认为将油田服务业纳入生产服务业对于促进WTO相关谈判以及国内石油行业的改革重组具有积极意义。
By introducing the various industrial classification of the oilfield service industry on deferent world economy background, the paper analysis the industrial property about oilfield service industry under the frame of GATS. It＇s more important for Chinese oilfield service industry to pose this industry being as the producer service industry. It would promote the WTO negotiations and domestic enterprise reformation.
