摘要
BO型卷烟包装机原控制系统存在元器件老化,程序不开放,维护困难,导致设备故障率高、生产效率低的问题,为此对该机型进行了改进。改进后系统硬件采用了嵌入式PC作为主控制器,用于完成包装机的控制、管理和显示任务,控制器由电源模块、CPU模块、光导总线接口模块组成。系统通过TwinCAT软件进行组态和编程,包括1个主程序和45个功能块。改进后的3套伺服系统:左右铝箔纸盘伺服系统和出口传送带伺服系统,选用了永磁同步电机和伺服控制器,精度高,稳定性好,响应快速。改进后有效提高了控制系统的稳定性、软件的可维护性和机器的生产效率。
The aged elements, unopen program and troublesome maintenance of original control system in BO cigarette packing machine resulted in high malfunction rate and low production efficiency. The improved control system uses embedded PC as a master controller to fulfill the tasks of control, management, and display in the packing machine. The controller is composed of power supply module, CPU module and lightbus interface module. The system configurates and programs via TwinCAT software, including a main program and 45 function blocks. Three improved servo systems (left and right foil reel servo systems and discharge belt servo system) adopt synchronic permanentmagnetic motors and servo controllers, which feature high precision, good stability and fast responsibility.
