摘要
利用CT技术分别获取了溶浸柱浸出过程中上部、中部以及下部三个不同区域的断面图像,通过自编的Matlab程序对图像孔隙的分形维数进行了估算,并简要分析了导致溶浸柱中孔隙结构变化的主要因素。结果表明:堆浸过程中矿岩散体介质的孔隙结构存在着空间和时间的变异型,孔隙结构变异程度同细颗粒在物理及化学作用下的迁移与堆积等因素相关;孔隙分维数在浸前随高度的增加而减小,浸后则随着高度的增加而增大;同一区域位置断面分维数浸出后较浸出前均有所增加,下部增加幅度为上部的近19倍。
CT ( Computer Tomography) technology was used to obtain the sectional images of the upper, middle and lower zones of the solvent leaching column in the leaching process, the self-written Matlab program to estimate the pore fractal dimensions of these images and the main factors leading to the change in the pore structure in the leaching column were analyzed briefly. The results indicate that there is time and spatial variation in the pore structure of the rock-ore bulk media in the dump leaching process, which is related to the transfer and stacking of fine particles under both physical and chemical effects. The pore fractal dimensions decrease with the increase of height before the leaching but increases with the increase of height after the leaching; and the sectional fractal dimensions of the same zone will increase after the leaching when compared with before the leaching, with the increase extent in the lower zone being 19 times that in the upper zone.
