摘要 研究了聚合物乳液、水溶性聚合物两种体系在不同掺量的情况下,对界面剂拉伸粘接强度与剪切粘接强度的影响。对两者制作成本、晾置时间等因素的对比研究表明,由聚合物B与羧酸盐C复配而成的界面剂,其掺量为10%时的性价比最高。探讨了界面剂增强粘接的机理,认为聚合物在水泥浆与骨料之间形成了具有较高粘接力的膜,并堵塞了砂浆内的孔隙,是粘接强度提高的主要原因。 Here is a study of the effects of the two systems of the polymer emulsion and the water soluble polymer on the tensile adhesive strength and the shear adhesive strength of the interracial agent under the condition of two different admixtures. Comparison of the factors like the manufacturing cost and the drying time between the two indicates that the interfacial agent made by mixing polymer B with salt carboxylate C has the best ratio of performance to price if added by 10 %of the admixture. In this paper the mechanism of improving the adhesive strength by the interfacial agent is discussed and it is considered that the main cause of the improvement of the adhesive strength is that the membrane with the higher adhesive strength is formed between cement grout and retainer and blocks the pores in mortar.
