电气石对硝化菌生长和生物膜形成、熟化的影响 被引量:5

摘要 在培养基中添加电气石培养硝化菌,研究电气石对硝化菌生长的影响,并在此基础上将电气石添加到普通陶粒(CM)原料中制备了功能性陶粒(FCM),通过测定水中氨氮、亚硝酸盐氮和硝酸盐氮的含量变化,比较功能性陶粒和普通陶粒两种载体上生物膜的生长状况。结果表明:添加电气石的培养基中的亚硝化细菌和硝化细菌数量明显高于未添加电气石的对照组;FCM上的生物膜熟化过程对氨氮的去除率在第14 d趋于稳定,硝酸盐氮含量从第12 d逐渐升高,分别比CM早7 d和6 d,能较早发挥生物硝化功能。 The biofiltration is widely applied in the water treatment in recirculating aquaculture system. Since the filter medium is a heart of biofiltration, the type of filter medium used strongly influences the capital and operating costs of the biofilter. In the present study, the functional ceramsite medium (FCM) was prepared by supplementation with tourmaline to compare the effect of tourmahne in the two filter media, FCM and CM, on the growth of nitrifying bacteria, and on the formation and maturation of bioflim by determination of the concentration changes in NH4^+- N, NO2^-- N and NO3^- - N in water. The results showed that the medium supplemented with tourmaline greatly promoted the growth of the nitrite bacteria and nitrobacteria. The NH4^+- N removal rate of the hioflim on the FCM surface became stable after 14 days of start -up and the NO3^--N concentration gradually increased after 12,7,6 days earlier than CM. The results indicated that the performances of FCM were better in terms of the nitrifying bacterium growth and their nitrification.
