摘要
近年来,个人与组织契合的主题逐渐受到了有关学者和管理者的重视,在企业甄选员工的过程中,如何选出与组织契合度高的员工,将是影响组织保持竞争力与弹性以面对各种挑战的关键。因此,个人-组织契合的概念已成为当今企业招募员工时需予以重视的管理原则。在企业的实际运作中,管理者只有以个人与组织契合的观点来挑选员工,才能在变动的环境中维持组织经营弹性。
In recent years, person and organization fit (p-o fit) has received great concern from scholars and administrators. It is crucial to choose employees much in keeping with the organization so as to make it highlycompetitive and elastic in face of various challenges. Therefore, the concept of person-organization fit has become an important concept when enterprise enlists an employee. In the actual enterprise operation,choosing an employee with the viewpoint of person-organization fit can make an enterprise maintain operation elasticity in the fluctuant environment.
