摘要
目前,我国职业教育存在着重技术轻人文、重成器轻成人、重理论轻实践、重专识轻通识、重能力轻素质的"五重五轻"现象。职业教育有效发展,应当遵循科学发展观,实现定位观、目标观、教学观、人才观和生存观的转向。
Nowadays, our vocational education has many problems such as emphasizing on technology but neglecting philosophy and Humanity, the training target emphasis on become a useful person but neglect to be a true man, the teaching emphasis on philosophy but neglect practice, the curriculum emphasis on specialty courses but neglect the general education courses, and the students emphasis on the ability but neglect the quality etc, The effective development of Vocational education should be following the scientific development view, shift the View of development position, the goal, the teaching, the talents and the survival.
