摘要
分析了发动机生产线磨合油的污染及危害;为回收处理发动机试机磨合过程中产生的劣化和被污染的润滑油,设计了一套净化处理系统,并应用到工程实践中。试验结果表明,净化后油品的各项质量指标均得到明显的提高,可满足发动机试机磨合用油的运行要求。
The contamination and hazard of lubricating oil in engine running-in time was analyzed. The purification system to recovery the oil was designed and applied to the engineering practices. The experimental results show that physical and chemical index of the oil is asynchronous raised, which meet the application scales.
