摘要
随着我国改革开放的不断推进及市场经济的大力发展,私人侦探悄然出现。但目前我国法律对私人侦探的规定尚不完善,在现实中引发了不少问题,使得这一游离于法律边缘的新兴行业引起了人们的广泛关注。故应从私人侦探的自身沿革与发展等方面进行阐述,进而来分析它存在的必然性以及它所存在的一些现实问题,使人们能够正确认识私人侦探这一新兴行业。针对现实存在的问题与社会需求,应尽快客观、全面、科学、合理地对私人侦探进行规制,使其走上健康、稳定之路,为构建和谐社会尽绵薄之力。
With the development of the reform and opening and the market economy, the private detective appears quietly. But at present, the legal regulations on the private detective are not perfect, so many problems arise in real life. The new profession of private detective has aroused general concern. In order to understand the profession, we should analyze the necessity of its existence and its problems. The regulations on the private detective should be made objectively, scientifically and rationally to make it develop correctly and steadily and contribute to the building of the harmonious society.
