摘要
针对流动注射化学发光仪存在调试困难和不便于便携等缺点,研制了基于静态注射便携式化学发光分析仪.它由静态注射进样机构、高灵敏度的光电倍增管和单片机PIC18F组成.以Cr3+试验为例,能实现液相化学发光反应的相对发光峰高、相对发光积分面积和发光反应动力学分析.试验表明,用2×10-13g.mL-1的Cr3+标准液作为待测液,它的相对发光峰高和相对发光面积分别为6.0×103,1.6×108.
A portable static-injection chemiluminescence instrument for use under field conditions is developed for improving adjustment and operation of flow-injection analyzer. Using a static-injection mechanism as chemiluminescence reaction conduit, we construct a liquid-phase reaction cell and a photo-electric measurement system together with a photomultiplier tube detector, a microcontroller chip of PIC18F and a system software. A direct comparison experiment for measuring Cr^6+ concentration has been carried out to test the performance of the static-injection chemiluminescence instrument in different detection modes such as integral area, light intensity peak and dynamic analysis of chemiluminescence. The relative integral area and light intensity peak are 6.0 × 10^8 , 1.6 × 10^3 respectively, while the sample solution Cr^3+ at the concentration of 2 × 10^-13 g · mL^-1 flows through the reaction cell.
