摘要
目的比较典必舒滴眼液(糖皮质激素类复方制剂)对不同年龄斜视术后患者眼压的影响。方法将双眼斜视术后患者按年龄分为四组,每组各12例(24只眼)患者:组1,4～9岁;组2,10～15岁;组3,16～30岁;组4,31岁以上。自术后第1天给予典必舒滴眼液(双眼,4次/日),分别观察各组用药后第1、2、3、4周眼压的变化。结果典必舒滴眼液对各组病例用药后较用药前均有升高眼压作用,术后第4周,组1较组4具有显著性差异(P<0.01),组2、3、4间比较无显著性差异,术前、术后第1、2周比较,各组眼压升高无显著性差异(P>0.05),组1自术后第3周开始,眼压升高有显著性差异,组2、3、4自术后第4周开始眼压升高有显著性差异。而典必舒滴眼液对各实验组抗炎反应各期间无显著性差异。结论儿童对典必舒滴眼液较成人更为敏感,提示临床儿童应用糖皮质激素类药物更需严格观察眼压。
Objective To compare the influention of topical tobradex to the intraocular pressures （lOP） of various aged patients following strabismus surgery. Method The patients are divided into 4 grouds, underwent surgical procedures for bilateral symmetric strabismus were recruited, eyes was randomized to receive topical tobradex,4 times daily for 4 weeks since postoperation. To compare the anti-inflammation response and the intraocular pressures （ICP） to four treatment groups every week postoperatively. Result There was increasing of IOP by tobradex in all treatment groups, In the fouth week, statistically significant the increasing of IOP between the first group and the fouth group （ P 〉 0.01 ）, no statistically significant in IOP the second,thirth,fouth group, There was no statistically significant the anti-inflammation response all groups. Conclusion Children are more sensitive to topical steroid than adults
