不同锥度机用镍钛器械预备对根管壁清洁率的影响 被引量:1

Root canal cleanliness after preparation with Ni-Ti rotary instruments of different tapers

摘要 目的:研究不同锥度机用镍钛根管器械对根管管壁清洁率的影响。方法:选用80个单根管离体牙,随机分成4组,A组成形至30/0.04,B组成形至30/0.06,C组成形至30/0.08,而D组成形至30/0.10。纵劈各组根管,用扫描电镜观察根管壁的清洁度,并进行两两比较。结果:根冠1/3部位,4组的的差异无明显统计学意义(p>0.05);根中1/3部位,两两比较,4组的的差异有统计学意义(p<0.05);但B、C、D3组之间无明显统计学差异;根尖1/3部位,A与B相比,B与C相比,其差异均有统计学意义(p<0.05),但C和D组相比没有统计学意义(p>0.05)。结论:根管预备时增加机用镍钛器械的预备锥度,可提高根管壁清洁率。 Objective:To investigate the root canal cleanliness of the coronal, middle and apical levels after prepara- tion with the same apical stop and the different tapering Ni-Ti rotary instruments. Method: 80 extracted teeth of single root canal were randomly divided into four groups. Group A were shaped to 30/0.04, group B to 30/0.06, group C to 30/0.08 and group D to 30/0,10. Then the prepared root canals of 4 groups were split vertically. Root canal cleanliness was observed under scanning electron microscope. Result: In the coronal third level there were no significant differences between every two groups (P〉O.05) :In the middle level, comparing every two groups,there was significant difference between four groups(P〈 0.05). However, group B,C and D had no statistically significant difference between each other: While in the apical level, there were significant differences between group A and B,group B and C,but not the same with group C and D. Conclusion: Increasing shaping taper of Ni-Ti rotary instrument in root canal preparation would enhance the root canal cleanliness rate.
