摘要
阐述了我国50多年来选育的短季棉品种,从产量性状、早熟性状、纤维品质性状改良方面概括了我国短季棉的育种成效,总结了短季棉产量性状、纤维品质性状、早熟性状的遗传研究进展;介绍了短季棉品种的选育方式,及现代高技术(航天诱变育种、生化辅助育种、基因工程育种、分子标记辅助育种)在短季棉育种中应用,提出我国短季棉的研究前景。
This paper shows that the short season cotton varieties have selected in China in 50 years. The breeding achievements of the short season cotton were summarized from yield traits, earliness traits and fiber quality traits. We summarized genetic advancements of yield traits, earliness traits and fiber quality traits of the short season cotton. Breeding methods of the short season cotton were also showed. New technologies, including space mutation breeding, biochemical assistant breeding, gene engineering, molecular marker assistant selection (MAS) have been applied in the short season cotton. The prospect of breeding is brought forward in the short season cotton.
