摘要
介绍了山西省重点公益林的基本情况,指出当前山西省最关键的工作是大力抓好重点公益林的保护管理。认为不同权属的重点公益林应分类指导与管理,国有林场重点公益林要坚持远山建站设卡、近山承包管护;集体所有的重点公益林要坚持以家庭托管制和承包管护责任制为主、建站管护为辅;私人所有和其他所有制形式的重点公益林管护要坚持谁所有、谁管护、谁受益。
The paper introduced the situation of key non-commercial forest in Shanxi Province. It pointed out that the key of it in Shanxi is to protect and manage non-commercial forest vigorously. It holds that different ownership should be different guidance and management, the key non-commercial forest in state-owned forest farms should adhere to establish station located cards in the mountains far, contract management in the mountains near, the collective economic organizations should adhere to the family care system and the main contractor liability system, the establishment of the station management in the secondary, the private system and all others adhere to ＂who uphold, who conserves and who benefits.＂
