摘要
县级政府为体现“政绩”，壮大当地经济而“无序”招商，造成城市规划跟着项目走、盲目选址、城市规划调整随意性大、违章建筑屡禁不止等现象较为严重。现就县级规划行政主管部门如何引导外商项目“入户安家”提出几点意见。
The county-class government, in order to make great achievement and strong the regiond economy, are enlisting foreign business in disorder,resulting in the fact that the city planning turns out to be a political slogan that the government creates. The following problems are very serious.Forexample,the programming comes after the struction items.The address,where people will set up their buildings,is chosen blindly.What＇ s more,the city planning adjusts greatly at random.Bwildings without a license always are being set up after forbiddance. Now, I＇ d like to after some suggestions to the administration supervisor of the county-class government on how to guide the foreign business items to settle down steadily.
