摘要
为了解决在强电磁环境下大容量变换器的通信容易中断及误码率高的问题,保证通信系统高效、及时、可靠地传输信息,该文针对大容量变换器中的控制器局域网(CAN),介绍了系统构成和数据类型,分析了不同数据通信的要求,提出了软件设计中需要注意的关键问题并对软件流程进行了优化设计。实验结果表明:优化后的通信系统运行稳定可靠,在强电磁干扰下通信不中断,数据不丢失,通信误码率和系统故障率明显降低。该优化设计方法切实有效。
Communications can be disrupted by high data error in high power converters especially in strong electromagnetic environments. This paper describes the system structure and data types of a controller area network (CAN) for a high power converter. The critical points in the software design were analyzed and the procedure flows were optimized to guarantee the efficient, timely and reliable transmissions in the communication system. Test results validated the stability and reliability of the optimized system without any communications halting and data missing even with serious interference. The system data error and failure rates are significantly decreased, which indicates the feasibility of the optimized design.
