摘要
通过对离心浇铸不锈钢空心管坯的浇铸温度、浇钢时间、铸模转速、钢水浇完至脱模时间的探索及合理控制,成功地离心浇铸了1Cr18Ni9Ti空心管坯;并重点对离心浇注空心坯与轧制管坯的挤压力及其检验结果进行了对比分析,阐明了采用"离心浇铸管坯+热挤压或+冷轧"新工艺生产不锈钢管的可行性和优势。
Through reasonable studying and controlling on the pouring temperature, pouring time, rotate speed of casting die, time from completion of pouring to stripping for stainless steel hollow pipe blank produced by centrifugal casting method, 1Cr18Ni9Ti hollow pipe blank was centrifugal cast successfully; extruding forces of ccntrlfugal cast hollow pipe blank and rolled pipe blank and their inspection results were compared and analyzed, feasibility and advantage for producing stainless steel pipe by the new process of "centrifugal casting pipe billet + hot extruding(or cold rolling)" were showed in this paper.
