摘要
文化意蕴是心理健康的内在属性。缺少文化意蕴,心理健康教育就失去了应有的生命活力。目前,我国学校心理健康教育出现了忽视文化意蕴的文化迟钝现象,从而使我国学校的心理健康教育显得没有特色,实效性也较差。为了提高心理健康教育的文化敏感性,我们应该树立生态化的心理健康教育理念、建立本土化的心理健康标准、建构专业化的心理辅导机制、探索发展性的心理健康教育模式。
Cultural implication is the inner attribute of school's mental health education. Lacking this kind of cultural implication, school mental health education will lose its due life vigor. Currently, ignoring cultural implication has emerged in our school mental health education, which has made school mental health education lack characteristics with little actural effect. In order to improve the cultural sensitivity of mental health education, we should build up ecological mental health educational concept, establish localized mental health standard, construct professional mental tutorship mechanism and explore developing mode of mental health education.
