摘要
基于4坐标NC滚齿机,提出用于NC机床的智能伺服技术,即高伺服扫描速度、前馈控制、超前控制、加工过程的智能控制。实际结果表明,该CNC系统的驱动部件的运动分辨率和精度接近检测环节的分辨率和精度,且多轴联动系统运行稳定。
Based on 4 coordinates NC gear-hobbing machine, the thesis puts forward intellingnent servo technique in CNC system, these are high servo sweep speed, front feedback control, advancing control and intellingent control of manufacture process. Practical result shows the driving parts motion resolution factor and accuracy are approach to that of testing link, multi-shaft universal driving system stably operating and no incontrollable phenomenon.
