摘要
在控温试验条件下,利用典型高温抗条锈品种的系统研究表明,只有在条锈病病程的潜育期和显症期高温处理才有抗锈性诱导作用,在夏孢子堆出现以后进行高温处理,不表达抗病性。高温抗条锈性表达的最低温度为18~21℃,最短高温处理时间为8~12h。高温对抗病性的诱导为一次性作用,无累积效应。
A series of experiments on expressing characteristics of high-temperature resistance were conducted on typical cultivars with high-temperature resistance under controlled temperature conditions. Results revealed that high-temperature induced resistance only in the infection stage of incubation and symptom-expression stage,but did not after the stage of spore production. The lowest temperature for high-temperature resistance expression was 18 -21℃ ,and the shortest time of high-temperature treatment for resistance inducing was 8 -12h. The resistance inducement of high-temperature showed no cumulative effect.
