摘要
以野生百合的鳞茎为外植体,研究鳞茎的最佳消毒时间、诱导鳞茎芽的最佳部位、影响鳞茎芽诱导的最佳激素组合以及不同激素对鳞茎芽增殖的影响。结果表明:用75%酒精30 s+0.1%HgCl25 min消毒效果最好。鳞茎芽的诱导能力依次是:内层>中层>外层;基部>中部>上部。MS+NAA 0.5 mg/L+6-BA 1.5 mg/L对鳞茎芽的诱导比较好,MS+6-BA 0.8 mg/L+NAA 0.05 mg/L对鳞茎芽的增殖比较好。
With bulb bud in Lilium brounie as explants, the optimum disinfection time, the optimum part of inducing bulb bud, the optimum hormone combination of affecting the induction of bulb bud and the effects of different hormones on the multiplication of bulb buds were studied. The results showed that disinfecting with 75% alcohol for 30 s and 0.1% HgCl2 for 5 rain had the best disinfection effect. The inducing abilities of bulb bud were in turn: the internal layer 〉 the middle layer〉 the external layer; the basal part〉 the middle part〉 the top part. MS+ NAA 0.5 mg/L +6-BA 1.5 mg/L was better for the induction of bulb bud and MS + 6-BA 0.8 mg/L + NAA 0.05 mg/L was better for the multiplication of bulb bud.
