摘要
研究一种新型的电磁离合器的原理和动态性能控制问题.采用Ansoft软件分析该电磁离合器的静态特性,采用能量法对离合器的状态切换过程进行研究,并进行仿真分析.在此基础上,提出采用电压控制法和电磁阻尼法改善电磁离合器动态特性的方法.仿真分析和实验结果证明了原理的正确性和上述控制方法的工程实用性.
Principle and dynamic characteristics of an electromagnetic clutch was studied. Ansoft was used to calculate its steady state characteristics. Energy method and simulation were used to study the state switching process of the clutch. Voltage control and electromagnetic damping were brought out to improve the characteristics. Results of simulation and tests prove that the principle is right, and the above control methods are effectire and engineering practical
