摘要
对2003—2004年河南棉花品种区域试验纤维品质资料进行主成分和聚类分析,结果表明:8个纤维品质指标可归纳为3个主成分,共解释了总变异的87.23%。根据各试点主成分标准化得分进行聚类分析,将9个试点划分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ3个纤维品质相似亚区,其中Ⅱ亚区综合品质最好,Ⅰ、Ⅲ亚区平均表现差异不大,但在具体指标上有差别,分别在纤维长度、比强度、纺纱均匀性指数等方面表现较好。
Data of cotton fiber characters from He'nan cotton regional trials conducted in 2003 and 2004 were studied by means of principal analysis and clustering analysis. Eight fiber quality indexes were reduced as the first three principal components, 87.23 % of which were explained, and 9 trial locations of interest could be divided into 3 sub-regions with similar fiber quality, namely, sub-region Ⅰ , Ⅱ and Ⅲ. Sub-region Ⅱ was relatively integrative high-quality area, while the other two sub-regions were similar in mean performances but proved distinctive in individual fiber quality indexes. Sub-region Ⅱ behaved predominantly in fiboer length, while Ⅰ and m exhibited good performances in fiber strength, spinning consistence index respectively. Meanwhile, the feasibility of the regionalization of high-quality cotton planting and breeding on the basis of sub-regions was also discussed.
