注射植入硫酸钙骨粉治疗桡骨远端骨缺损 被引量:3

摘要 目的采用回顾分析方法,对闭合复位外固定,结合硫酸钙骨粉的微创注射植骨,治疗桡骨远端骨折的临床疗效进行评价。方法对30例桡骨远端骨折(Colles骨折)并存在骨缺损腔隙者,在闭合复位结合外固定(石膏8例、外固定架22例)后,对骨折处缺损腔隙,将硫酸钙骨粉注射植入填充。结果平均随访时间8(4~18)个月,硫酸钙平均吸收时间为2.5(2~3)个月。所有使用人工骨填充的病例,骨折均如期愈合,未出现任何异常反应和并发症。结论硫酸钙骨粉注射植入,在辅助外固定下具有安全,方便,副作用小以及填充效果确实,骨折愈合良好等优点。硫酸钙骨粉固化后具有较强支撑作用,而且具有骨诱导作用。对桡骨远端骨折关节面塌陷大于0.5cm或缺损腔隙小于2.5cm者,在外固定确实的情况下,注射植骨不失为治疗骨缺损的较好方法之一。 Objective Retrospective analysis was conducted to evaluate the effect of bone grafting with injectable calcium sulfate powder in 30 cases of the fractures of distal radius. Methods Thirty cases (Colles fractures ) were treated with closed reduction and external fixation ( cast in 8 and fixator in 22 ), and meanwhile filled bone defect with bone substitutions ( Stimulan pellets ) by injection. Results All fractures that filled with bone substitutions were healed well. No complications were observed. The mean period of follow-up was 8 (4- 18) months. The bone substitutions were absorbed completely in 3 months. Conclusions The advantages of calcium sulfate as the bone substitutions are safety, convenience, and fewer side effects, fill certainly better and fractures healed well. The calcium sulfate powder (Stimulan pellets) had better supporting for bone defect area after solidification, and it operated easily with injectable method and can induct ossification. Artificial injectable calcium sulfate can be the suitable bone substitutions for bone defect in fracture of distal radius and easily inject with minimal invasion.
