某含砷硫铜金精矿用HOPF-防膜剂预处理3—5h后,氰化浸出尾渣中金品位从3.5—4.3g/t下降至0.7—1.2g/t。在氰化过程中,金精矿中的一些单体金粒表面上形成的红褐色薄膜得到抑制,缩短了氰化浸出时间,提高了金浸出率。
After 3 - 5 hours' pretreatment with HOPF film-prevention reagent, the gold grade in the cyanidation slag of a certain copper-gold concentrate containing arsenic and sulfur reduced from 3.5 - 4.3g/t to 0.7 - 1.2g/t. In the cyanidation process, the henna film on some monomer gold was restrained, and as a result, the leaching period was shortened and the recovery rate was enhanced.
