摘要
试验了微波消解/ICP-AES法测定钢中全铝的主要条件及效果,提出了采用磷酸和盐酸-硝酸混合酸溶解试料,以ICP-AES法在合适的条件下进行测定,获得了较好的效果。该方法与传统的残渣回收测量全铝的方法进行了比较,不仅分析数据具有很好的一致性,而且该方法具有快速、高效等优点,完全能满足钢中全铝的测定要求。
This paper introduces main conditions and effects of determination of total w(Al) in steel with microwave digestion and Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry. The method is to adopt phosphate and the mixture of hydrochloric acid and nitric acid to dissolve the samples, and then to determine the total w(Al) with Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry in proper conditions. Compared with traditional residue-recovery method, the new method has good coincidence with it and is more rapid and efficient to meet the requirement of total w(Al) analysis.
