缺氧诱导因子-1a、血管内皮生长因子和微血管密度与子宫内膜癌的发生发展 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨缺氧诱导因子-1a(HIF-1a)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、微血管密度(MVD)与子宫内膜癌发生发展的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测40例子宫内膜癌、22例子宫内膜复杂性增生和18例子宫内膜单纯性增生组织HIF-1a、VEGF及MVD的表达情况。结果①HIF-1a、VEGF、MVD在子宫内膜单纯性增生、复杂性增生及癌组织中的阳性表达率均依次升高,三者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。②子宫内膜癌中HIF-1a与VEGF、MVD的表达有相关性(P<0.01),且VEGF与MVD的表达也具相关性(P<0.01)。结论HIF-1a、VEGF及MVD在子宫内膜癌的发生、发展中起重要作用,HIF-1a在子宫内膜癌组织中呈高表达,并通过VEGF表达促进肿瘤血管形成。 Objective To investigate the expression and significance of HIF - 1a, vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and microvessel density (MVD) in endometrial adenocarcinoma. Methods The SP immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of HIF - 1 a, VEGF and MVD in 40 cases of endometrial adenocarcinoma, 18 cases of simple hyperplasia and 22 cases of complex hyperplasia. Result HIF - 1 α, VEGF and MVD were expressed in endometrial adenocarcinoma tissues,and the positive rates are graduatly rises in simple hyperplasia,complex hyperplasia and endometrial carcinoma. There was relationship between HIF - 1α, VEGF and MVD ( r = 0. 109, P 〈 0. 05 ) . and there was relationship between VEGF and MVD (r = 0. 106, P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The overexpression of HIF - 1 α,VEGF and MVD may play an important role in the carcinogenesis of endometrial carcinoma. The overexpression of HIF - 1α induces the tumor angiogenesis by VEGF.
