商陆抗病毒蛋白体外抑制乙型肝炎病毒复制的研究 被引量:2

摘要 商陆抗病毒蛋白(pokeweed antiviral protein,PAP)是从美洲商陆种子或叶子中提取的一种碱性蛋白,具有抑制流感病毒、脊髓灰质炎病毒、疱疹病毒、巨细胞病毒、HIV等多种病毒复制的作用。我们先前的研究发现:天然PAP种子体外直接作用于HepG2.2.15细胞,显示有较强的抗HBV作用,但在高剂量时对细胞有一定毒性。本研究旨在探讨PAP真核表达质粒体外对HBV的抑制作用。
