《血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂在心血管病中应用的中国专家共识》解读 被引量：3

摘要 1977年施贵宝公司科学家Ondetti等根据血管紧张素转换酶（ACE）底物的化学结构推测设计出ACE的活性部位模型．1981年全球第一个血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂（ACEI）类药物卡托普利（开博通）上市并用于治疗高血压．被列入降压药物之一。20多年来对肾素一血管紧张素一醛固酮系统（RAAS）的认识不断深入及ACEI的临床应用日益扩展．目前ACEI已不仅是降压药物．还是心血管包括脑血管及肾血管疾病等靶器官的保护药物。
