高密度钻井液一级气液分离器的仿真和优化技术研究

摘要 重力式除气器常作为第一级气液分离设备,除去地面返回高密度钻井液中的大宗气体、泡状液体。以计算流体力学和大型数字计算机为基础的CFD数值模拟理论及方法,用正交试验设计法安排数值模拟计算,对一级分离器内流场气、液两相流动情况进行仿真模拟。将模型试验得到的实测数据与数值模拟结果进行比较分析,验证了数值模拟结果的可靠性、正确性。总结出钻井液密度、粘度、气液比、处理量、气泡直径五个混合液因素对分离除气效果影响的规律。根据内流场速度分布特点,提出了对一级分离器结构的改进方案,为进一步深入研究提供参考。 Gravity separator is often taken as the first stage equipment to remove gas and bubbly liquid from drilling fluid with high density. With CFD numerical simulation theory and approach based on integration of hydrodynamics with huge type numerical computer,the paper ap-plied orthogonal experimental designing approach to conduct simula-tion to gas-liquid flow in flow field of first stage separator. By com-paring the factual data obtained by model experiment and simulative result,the reliability and correctness of the simulative result were verified. It also concluded the influence law of drilling fluid density,viscosity,ratio of gas to liquid,handling flows,bubble dia-meter to gas-separated effect. According to distribution characteristic of inner flow field,the scheme for improving the structure of first stage sepa-rator was presented,which offered reference for further study.
