机械研磨对粘土矿物结构和粒度的影响 被引量:3

摘要 对高岭石、蒙脱石和伊利石粘土矿物分别进行了4h的机械研磨,利用XRD、IR和激光粒度分析等测试技术对不同时间段内粘土矿物结构和粒度的变化进行研究,结果表明:高岭石经过1h研磨后,其晶体结构发生明显变形,经过2h的研磨后,其晶体结构几乎完全被破坏;蒙脱石经过1h研磨后,其晶体结构发生明显变形,在后续的3h的机械研磨过程中,其晶体结构变形不明显;伊利石在经过1h研磨后,其晶体结构发生也明显变形,当研磨到3.5h后,其晶体结构几乎完全被破坏。研磨2h后,小于2μm的颗粒含量排序为:蒙脱石>伊利石>高岭石。 Kaolinite,montmorillonite and illite were respectively ground for 4 hours,and XRD,IR and laser particle size analyzer were applied to study the crystal structure and granularity of the three kinds of clay mineral in different peroid. The result showed that the crystal struc- ture of kaolinite was distorted obviously after 1 hour mechanical grinding and almost destroyed absolutely after 2 hours,the crystal structure of montmorillonite was distorted obviously after 1 hour mechanical grinding and nearly no change within subsequent 3 hours grinding course,the crystal structure of illite was distorted after 1 hour mechanical grinding and was destroyed absolutely after 3.5 hours. Among the three clay minerals,the diminishing sequence of content of grain size less than 2μm is montmorillonite,illite and then kaolin- ite after 2 hours grinding.
