摘要
我国"十一五"期间启动的十大节能工程,包括建筑节能和绿色照明,建筑用电设备的管理与控制,是建筑节能的主要手段。利用我国政府机关,行政部门中的考勤措施,实现对办公设备、照明用电等进行管理与控制,以达到节能的目的。
