摘要
矩阵式变换器是直接交-交变换装置,没有中间大容量直流储能环节、功率密度高、体积小、重量轻,可获得和输入交流电压同频且相位可控的输入电流和负载所需的电流波形,谐波分量小,使用寿命长,能忍受高温、粉尘等恶劣运行环境。本文分析了矩阵式变换器用于智能建筑的可能性,在基于RB-IGBT构成的三相/三相矩阵式变换器-异步电动机系统上,实验验证了系统在不同工况下的输入输出电流均可调制为正弦波,输入输出电流谐波分量减少,用于智能建筑可改善电能质量,达到节能效果。
Matrix converter is a direct AC - AC power convert- er. There is no large reactive energy storage device as it has no DC link. It is small, light weight, and high power density, it can provide unit power factor, input and output currents are sinusoidal. Little harmonic component, long life and it can stand up to high temperature, dust environment. The feasibility of the matrix converter using in intelligent building is analyzed. By experimental this paper testified the input and output current modulated to sinusoidal wave under different conditions based on the 3 phase/3pahse matrix converter by RB- IGBT and induction machine system. The power quality is improved by the harmonic component of input and output currents are decreased, the energy is saved as it used in intelligent building.
