复方海藻多糖软膏治疗特应性皮炎疗效观察

摘要 特应性皮炎（atopic dermatitis，AD）是一种慢性复发性炎症性皮肤病．确切发病机制不明，临床主要表现为皮肤干燥和剧烈瘙痒。控制瘙痒和干燥对缓解病情和防止继发性皮肤损害十分重要。为此，笔者采用复方海藻多糖软膏（保湿剂）治疗AD，并与他克莫司软膏（tacrolimus）进行对比，观察两者治疗AD的临床效果和不良反应，现报告如下。
