卵巢癌化疗前后Th1和Th2类细胞因子的表达及意义 被引量:3

The Expression of Plasma Th1/Th2 Cytokines Influenced by Chemotherapy and Its Significance in Ovarian Carcinoma

摘要 目的:观察化疗前后卵巢癌患者体内辅助性T淋巴细胞1(Th1)和辅助性T淋巴细胞2(Th2)类细胞因子的表达及意义。方法:采用流式细胞微球芯片捕获技术检测30例卵巢癌患者化疗前、后和15例健康妇女血浆中Th1类细胞因子(白介素2、干扰素γ、肿瘤坏死因子)和Th2类细胞因子(白介素4、白介素6、白介素10)表达水平。结果:卵巢癌患者外周血在化疗前较健康妇女Th1表达降低,而Th2表达明显升高(其中IL-10升高无统计学意义);卵巢癌患者化疗后,Th1、Th2类细胞因子表达均有降低,但Th2类细胞因子较治疗前差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:①卵巢癌患者化疗前后外周血中Th1类细胞因子均呈低表达,细胞免疫受抑制。②化疗后Th2类细胞因子强势表达明显降低。 Objective: To investigate the influence of chemotherapy on the switching of plasma Th1/Th2 cytokines in patients with ovarian carcinoma and its significance.Methods:The plasma levels of Thl and Th2 were detected in 30 ovarian carcinoma patients underwent chemotherapy,and 15 normal controls by cytometric bead array. Results: The plasma levels of Thl in ovarian carcinoma patients were obviously lower than that in normal women, but the levels of Th2 were obviously higher in these patients( P〈 0.05).After chemotherapy, the expression of Th1/Th2 cytokines in ovarian carcinoma patients was significantly decreased, and the decrement of Th2 was statistically significant( P〈 0.05).Conclusions: It is suggested that the expressions of Th1 cytokines in ovarian carcinoma patients were lower that means cellular immunity be inhibited, whether receive chemotherapy. Chemotherapy can decrease the overexpression of Th2 cytokines.
