摘要
采用问卷法对西安、北京、广州三个城市的中学教师进行工作家庭冲突调查。结果表明:(1)教师知觉到的工作-家庭冲突较高,家庭-工作冲突较低;(2)男教师知觉到的工作-家庭冲突高于女教师;(3)担任职务的教师知觉到的工作-家庭冲突高于不担任职务的教师;(4)自我报告幸福程度为一般和不幸福的教师知觉到的工作-家庭冲突高于自我报告为幸福的教师。基于以上研究结果,本文提出了城市中学教师工作-家庭平衡策略的若干建议。
The characteristics of work-family conflict of middle school teachers in Xi'an, Beijing and Guangzhou are surveyed by questionnaire. The results show: (1) The teachers report higher work-family conflict and lower family-work conflict. (2) Male teachers report higher work-family conflict than female teachers. (3) Teaches who are in leading positions report higher work-family conflict than teachers who are not. (4)Teachers who perceive unhappiness and general level of happiness report higher work-family conflict than teachers who perceive happiness. Then this article proposes some suggestions for urban middle school teachers to balance the work-family relationship based on the research findings.
