摘要
文章对我国国内多家少儿馆进行了调查,并结合本馆的实际工作,提出了网络环境下做好参考咨询工作的若干建议,以便更好地为广大师生、家长服务。
Researching to some children＇ s library in our country and taking the actual work of my library as an example, the paper puts forward the way to improve reference service in new situation, so as to serve the public better.
