摘要
介绍了电渣连铸坯内部质量控制理论,并对在电压60 V、电流3 400~4 200 A供电参数下生产的90 mm×90 mm电渣连铸小方坯进行了低倍、高倍、夹杂物等检验分析。结果表明,合理的供电制度、大的冷却度、稳定的拉速、良好的结晶器表面状况等因素均有利于钢坯获得良好的内部质量。
The factors affecting internal quality of billets were analyzed and the analysis of macrostructure, microstructure and inclusion were made on the 90 mm ×90 mm remelted billets produced by the electroslag continuous casting (ESCC) under the condition of voltage 60 V and current 3 400-4 200 A. The results showed that the rational voltage and current, strong cooling condition, stable pulling speed and good mold status were favorable for internal quality of billets.
