摘要
目的:研究胎儿器官生长规律,积累胎儿生长发育资料。方法:采用自愿引产的胎儿,按月(周)分组,用游标卡尺专人测量眼外肌四条直肌止腱的长、宽和距角膜缘的距离。结果:四直肌止腱逐月增长,呈快慢交替的波浪式生长规律。6个月前增长较快,以后减慢。结论:四直肌止点至角膜缘远近之排列为上>外>下>内,与成人完全一致。
Objective:Research of the growth law of fetal organs,and accummulation of the data of fe- tal growth development.Methods:The professionals was specially arranged to measure with verniers the length,width and distance of four musculus rectus aponeurosis of insertion of extraocular muscles to lim- bus corneae,by way of fetus induced voluntarily and divided into different groups by months.Results:The result showed the measuring values of their length,width and distance increased with months,in a wave- like growing way with alternation of fastness and slowness:They increased fast before the sixth month,and then slowly.Conclusion:The distances between the terminations of the four external octdar recti and the corneal limbus presented in the sequence from long to short as following superior>lateral>inferior>in- ternal.in the same way as the adults.
