摘要 作者用电脉冲刺激家兔心脏引致室颤发生,在麻醉兔心肌缺血再灌注模型上观察降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)对正常及心肌缺血再灌注后室颤时间的影响。结果显示,高于室颤阈的电脉冲刺激可致家兔心脏发生室颤,继而自行恢复为正常心律。静注CGRP(2.5μg/kg)后,血压和心率无明显的变化,室颤时间明显缩短(P<0.01)。结扎冠脉后,室颤时间明显延长(P<0.01);松扎后再灌注期可见室颤时间恢复到明显低于正常水平。结扎冠脉及松扎同时均注射CGRP,发现室颤时间较对照组显著缩短(P<0.01)。该实验结果说明:CGRP具有较强的抗室性缺血性心律失常的能力,因而具有一定的临床意义。 In this study, with a model of the myocardial ischemia and reperfusion in anesthetized rabbit, we observed the effect of calcitonin gene related peptide(CGRP) on ventricular fibrillation duration(VFD) after normal and myocardial ischemia or/and reperfusion the ventricular fibrillation(VF) was induced by electric stimulating the rabbit heart. The results showed that VF developed immediately after the electrical stimulation that was over VF threshould, and the normal rhythm recovered automatically after a while. The blood pressure and the heart rate had no significant changes while the VFD was shortened obviously after I.V. CGRP(2.5 μg/kg) (P<0.01). In the ischemic period after coronary artery ligation, the VFD was prolonged obviously(P<0.01), but in the reperfusion period after coronary artery reopening, the VFD was shortened and was much shorter than that of the normal. It was found that the VFD was significant shortened compared with the control after the coronary artery ligation and reopening with the I.V. administration of CGRP simultaneously. These data suggest that CGRP is strongly effective against ischemic ventricular arrhythmia and this may have certain clinical significance.
