摘要
本研究将表面脱钙骨基质明胶(SDBMG)和全脱钙骨基质明胶(WDBMG)植入家兔桡骨骨缺损,采用X线摄片和组织学检查方法对两者的成骨过程进行了观察、比较,结果显示,WDBMG的表面和中央呈“同步”诱导成骨过程,而SDBMG呈由表及里的“渐进”成骨过程,两者的成骨作用无明显差异。作者认为,WDBMG主要适用于非负重区骨缺损的充填和修复,而SDBMG在大块骨缺损,尤其在负重区骨缺损的修复中,具有良好的应用前景。
Surface-demineralized bone matrix gelatin (SDBMG)and wholly demineralized bone matrix gelatin (WDBMG) were implanted into segmental radial defects in rabbits.Radiographs and histologic methods were used to contrast the osteogenetic processes of SDBMG with that of WDBMG.The results showed that there were some differences on the osteogenous processes,except osteoinduction,between SDBMG and WDBMG.Both the surface and the center of WDBMG induced new bone of formation simultaneously.And the osteogenesis of SDBMG occured gradully with itself from the surface to center.It was recommended that WDBMG should be more suitable to repairing of the defects in non-loading parts of the body,but SDBMG should be given priority to repairing of segmental defects especially in loading parts.
