摘要
目的探讨ICU护理质量管理方法,提高监护质量。方法运用"关键质量事件"原理,成立质量管理小组,确立工作职责,通过有组织、有计划的检查与督导,监控护理质量。结果运用质量管理小组实施ICU护理管理,提高了全体人员的质量管理意识,病区护理管理质量稳定在较高水平,综合考评质量在全院排名逐年递进。结论运用质量管理小组形式开展ICU护理质量控制,是提高ICU护理质量的有效方法。
Objective To explore the method of quality control in ICU and improve the quality of nursing. Method Based on the principle of “critical quality events” ,we set up a quality control team, specified duties and responsibilities, supervised the quality of nursing through regular check and supervision system. Results This practice improved nurses＇ quality control consciousness, promoted the quality of nursing management, and improved the comprehensive quality of nursing. Conclusion Strengthening quality control by quality control team is proved to be an effective way to improve the quality of nursing in ICU.
