摘要
营养状况是慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)独立的预后因子,营养状况的评估对于判断COPD的严重程度及指导治疗具有重要的意义,而近年来人体组成在评价COPD患者营养状况中起着越来越重要的作用。此文主要阐述人体组成的含义、研究方法、影响因素及其对COPD患者营养评估的意义及值得注意的问题。
Body composition is commonly emerged in the assessment of nutritional state in recent years while nutritional state is considered an independence risk factor of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD). In this article, the current understanding, measurement, influencing factor of body composition and the significance are reviewed in the assessment of nutritional state of COPD patients.
