摘要
分析了甲醇合成催化剂在使用中失活的原因:热老化、金属晶相变化、离子的积聚、中毒等,总结出在工艺操作和还原操作等方面延长其使用寿命的方法:控制热点温度、控制气体成分、避免频繁开停车、注意催化剂的装填和催化剂的活化等问题。
Based on composition and structure of methanol synthesis catalyst, its deactivation causes were found and analyzed: thermal aging, metal crystalline phase change, ion accumulation, poisoning, etc. Some methods to prolong the lifetime of catalyst were suggested, i.e. controlling gas composition and temperature of the hot spot, avoiding frequent start-up and shut down, paying attention to the charge and activation of catalyst, etc .
