摘要
创业投资行业在我国仍处于发展阶段,还存在许多问题。本文拟从我国创业投资目前存在的退出问题出发,从政府和观念两方面来分析我国创业投资行业目前面临的问题,进而讨论今后创业投资发展的可能方向。
In China, the Venture Capital is still in the developing stage and has many problems. This article will begin from the cash-out problem encountered by the Venture Capital in China currently. Then,we will analyze the problems, which the Venture Capital faces to, from two aspects, that is the government context and the cultural context. At last, we will discuss how will the Venture Capital in China possibly develop.
