摘要
目的:建立保健品中违禁添加药物的分析方法。方法:应用气相色谱-质谱联用技术,对可疑添加违禁药物的保健胶囊进行测定。结果:准确定性出布洛芬、非那西丁、地巴唑、服他灵、安定、利心平、胃复宁和消炎痛8种违禁添加药物及6种药物分解物,为有关部门处理该事件提供了可靠的科学依据。结论:应用该方法检测的结果准确、可靠,适用日常样品分析。
Objective：To establish a analytical method for prohibited drugs in health food.Methods：Qualitative analysis of some prohibited drugs in health food was detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.Results：The ibuprofen,phenacetin,bendazol,voltaren,diazepam,nifendipinc,metoclopramide,indomethacin and 6 kinds of decomposition products were found in the samples.Conclusion：The method is accurate,realiable and can be used for routine detection.
