通过大量文献的检阅,摘录了以往研究中涉及的评价知识联盟合作伙伴的指标,并通过Delphi法进行修正和完善,构建了一个比较全面、系统的指标体系,为评价和选择知识联盟的合作伙伴提供一种依据。
This article has extracted the relative indices for appraising partners of knowledge alliance involved in former researches on the basis of reviewing massive literature,and then revised and perfected them using Delphi method,constructing a comprehensive indices system for appraising potential partners of knowledge alliance.
