Process Design Characteristics of Heze Wastewater Treatment Plant and Comprehensive Consideration on Reaching Short-and Long-term Standards

摘要 菏泽污水处理厂的设计过程历经污水处理厂出水排放标准的更新演变,结合受纳水体功能的改变、近远期污水处理厂出水排放标准的变化,提出了具有氧化沟池型特征、改良A/A/O工艺特点、多点进水的污水处理优化工艺,并为尾水的利用奠定了良好的技术基础。同时针对污水处理厂建设运行初期水量不足、水质和水量波动大等不利因素的影响,提出了该工程的优化设计和合理布局,完善了工程的技术方案,使其成为具有稳定脱氮除磷功能的新型高效处理工艺。 The design of Heze Wastewater Treatment Plant has undergone the change of discharge standard of wastewater treatment plant. Based on the change of receiving water body function and short- and long-term discharge standards of the WWTP, an optimized wastewater treatment process with pool sharp characteristic of oxidation ditch, improved A/A/O process feature and step feed was put forward, and a good technical foundation for the effluent utilization was laid. Aimed at the effects of insufficient influent flow rate, large fluctuation of wastewater quality and quantity and other unfavorable factors during the initial operation of the WWTP, the optimized design and reasonable layout of the process were also put forward, and the technical scheme was perfected, which makes it a new-style efficient treatment process with stable nitrogen and phosphorus removal.
